Qualifications:
- Level 3:  CYQ  Personal Trainer
- Nutritionist
- CYQ Advanced Diploma in Personal training, Outdoor Fitness, Strength & Conditioning, Spinning Instructor, Foam roller instructor, Swedish Body masseur, Pre & Post Natal and HIIT, Step instructor

Born in Sweden but live in Jersey and been here for over 20 years. Exercising has always been a big part of my life and when I was 8 years old I for the first time entered a gym, and at an age of 19 I became an elite badminton player and played as a junior at national level in Sweden. 

  When I moved to Jersey I continued to play badminton and was part of the Jersey badminton team for two years, however I got introduced to beach volleyball and changed sport and since then I  have represented Jersey in several tournaments: interinsular, UK tournaments, several Island Games in both indoor and beach volleyball. I was also  training Triathlon  for three years but focused more on my Volleyball career.  Have been the Volleyball Island Ladies Team Manager and Fitness Instructor for a few years.
  As your personal trainer I am going to make the sessions both challenging and rewarding which will enable you to achieve your fitness goals. I am very passionate about my job and always aim to help clients achieve their goals and striving to empower individuals to a healthier lifestyle, to specialize in life-changing fitness, nutrition and lifestyle programs individualized to a person's goals and needs. 
  By creating awareness, which gives people the freedom to choose a healthier life, one full of energy and joy. This is done one step at a time, giving the client a chance to adjust to the changes, both emotionally and physically. I strive to exceed expectations of what my clients  want and need and thrilled to see transformation of client's body and their lives. Some  ladies would maybe  feel more comfortable training with a female Personal Trainer, I have helped clients overcome barriers, we will take one step at the time.

1:1 30 min - Personal Trainer rate : £30
1:1 45 min -Personal Training : £40

8 Sessions x 45 min @ £320
10 Sessions x 45 min @ £400

5 sessions x 30 min @ £150
